Not at all a novelty or a gimmick, Eric Royer is a brilliant and serious performer who achieves his unique sound by using five-string banjo, lap steel guitar, harmonica, kazoo, voice and his own invention, the one-of-a-kind, foot controlled guitar machine. A native of rural Arizona, his music ranges through bluegrass, old-timey, high-lonesome country and American roots music.
