Musicologist, blues scholar and Tenor Saxophonist Dick Lurie presents a cultural evening of music, spoken-word, history and poetry that goes deep into the roots of the American art form the blues. Dick is a UMass professor and plays regularly with doo-wop stars the G Clefs and tours the world with blues great Big Jack Johnson.
